1. Upload mp3's to your media folder in the directory shout/trans/media via ftp
login to your control panel and click play lists button located at the bottom of the panel.
2. Click create play list you will see a list of your mp3's you can drag and drop them into the order you want .
3. Add a play list name and the click create button.
4. Login to you panel again and in the drop down to the right you will see your list of play lists created. Use the drop down to select a play list.
