To attach ISO over IPMI as operator follow  steps after you have logged in.

1. Remote Control
2. Console Redirection
3. Launch Console. Once it is launched you attach ISO image here. 
4. Virtual Media
5. CDROM & ISO
6. Select ISO and Open image to attach your ISO
7. Plug inAnd than simply reset from power control or send Ctrl Alt Del from Macro command menu.
